Subtle
Body Dynamics
Subtle body Dynamics is an energy
rebalancing technique. In
this system the subtle body is perceived to be made up of 10 different
levels. Each of these levels controls a different aspect of our being,
and when they are all working in harmony, we are living in balance with
the universe. When one of these levels assumes a dominant role, which
is not in harmony with the whole, our lives become out of balance.
The process of Subtle Body Dynamics attempts to re-balance these levels
through the Dynamic body, so that each of these levels is working for the
highest good. This is done through the use of colours, and visualisations,
and the movement of energy.
About
the Subtle Bodies
The subtle
bodies are the energy systems that are part of our existance and are the
link between the physical and the universal. In Subtle Body Dynamics
they are defined as Physical, Emotional, Mental, Spiritual, Etheric, Astral,
Akashic, Harmonic, Universal and Dynamic, and together they make up the
complete individual. Some of theses bodies overlap, and different
systems divide them up differently with different names, but they are all
part of the same energy. Just as the rainbow is divided into 7 colours,
but if you look closely there are other shades of colour in between these
7, and they gradually blend into each other, and we could divide them up
differently, so with the Auric field. There are other names in other
systems, such as the Causal body, the Higher Mental etc.; these are just
different ways of looking at the same thing, and none is more right or
wrong than any other. It is just our human way of trying to define
something which is elusive, and put it into categories for our own limited
understanding.
The
Subtle Body System
When all the
bodies are balanced we are working at our optimum level, but often
imbalaces occur which cause problems in our lives.
Ideally the
Dynamic body is the controlling body which keeps the balance between all
the other bodies, but if the Emotional or Mental body for example are in
control, they are not always operating in a way that is best for the whole.
In other words they are good servants, to help us understand ourselves,
but not good masters.
